After fresh grinding my own coffee at home for years, I wanted to learn more about how this black magic makes it into every cup. I started reading up on how varietal, processing, roasting all have an impact on taste. Naturally I wanted to try my hand at roasting myself.
After sharing this interest with a friend while we frequently visit local shops and talking all things coffee, adventure and motorcycles. We decided to pick up a small electric sample roaster for ourselves to get our own experience. We were instantly hooked demanding more out put than our little Behmor could handle.
Now a year later we are refurbishing a 3 kilo commercial coffee roaster to keep up with the demand of our personal use and friends and family
